Biography

Heath Guinn is an entrepreneur and social impact leader based in Nashville, Tennessee, USA. Throughout his career, he has led strategic communication design for Fortune 500 companies, state and local governments and business ecosystem leaders around the world. In 2018, Guinn started a 501(c)3 non-profit organization focused on unleashing the power of entrepreneurship for social and economic change with a strategic focus on projects throughout the world, which provide connectivity, access to capital, and opportunity for economic prosperity to emerging or traditionally disadvantaged communities.

Over the course of the first three years of the organization, a network of more than 50 supporting businesses was created and deployed more than $5,000,000 in the rural Appalachian region of the United States. Further, the extension of the organization’s entrepreneurs have reached impoverished communities in 12 countries. Guinn also serves as a board member for non-profits, academic institutions, entrepreneurial organizations, state government and is a respected voice for the role that social impact entrepreneurship plays in creating prosperity for traditionally social and economically disadvantaged communities around the world.
