What is collected, and what is not.

What the Engage forms collect

The forms on the Engage page collect only what you type into them: your name, your organization or venture, your role where that field is offered, your email address, the choices you select, your written answers, and any supporting link you provide.

Alongside your answers, the site records which pathway you chose, the date and time of your submission, and a one-way technical fingerprint derived from your network address and browser. That fingerprint cannot be read back as an address; it exists only to limit repeated automated submissions.

Why the information is used

To read, evaluate and respond to what you sent. To operate the forms themselves. To prevent spam and abuse.

Your information is not sold, rented, or shared for advertising. It is not used for marketing, and no automatic marketing email is sent to you.

Who processes it

The site is hosted by Lovable. Submissions are stored in a managed Supabase database operated through Lovable. When a form is submitted, a notification containing your submission is delivered by email to Heath through Lovable's email delivery service. These providers process the information only to run the site on Heath's behalf.

How long it is kept

Inquiries are kept for as long as they remain useful to the conversation they started, and are removed when they no longer are. There is no automatic deletion schedule. If you ask for your inquiry to be deleted, it is deleted from the database and cannot be recovered.

Analytics and tracking

This site does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party marketing scripts, and it does not set cookies for those purposes. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does.

The Gifts applications

Let Me Drift and Let Me Lift are separate applications with their own data practices. Information you enter there is handled by those applications, not by this site, and is governed by the privacy terms shown inside each one.

Your choices

You may ask for a copy of what you have shared, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Use the form below; requests are received privately and answered by email.
